Christ Centered Game Talk

Since the response to the podcasts have been lackluster we’ll stop doing them until there are requests for us to continue. I hope you all enjoyed the podcasts that we have done and sorry for the technical screw-ups :\

This episode almost didn’t exist! I was trying out a new recording software which I have been given to review (skypecap). It cut off twice on us after recording only 4 minutes a limitation of the demo, not the registered version that I have. So we reverted to using callgraph like normal but it wasn’t configured correctly and my voice sounds bad on top of the cold that I already have. I ordered a new headset since I discovered right before the podcast that my existing headset no longer functioned as a headset but as a mic only so I had ear buds under the head phones. Pretty cheesy eh? So yeah, hopefully the next episode will be better quality. This 35 minute episode contains me (ccgr), IBJamon and Fred1000000. We talk about the PS3 slimming down in size and price, Guitar Hero5 and Waterboarding…er..WakeBoarding in Wii Resort.

So unless you’re ccgr, IBJamon, FamilyFriendlyGaming, Hescominsoon or deejrandom you won’t know what it was about. We discussed the new Metroid for the Wii, Queen Elizabeth’s golden Wii, PS2 outsold PS3 in April and the TF2 spy updates. Upcoming reviews are Sins of a Solar Empire, Tomb of Moses, Penumbra Requiem and Chronicles of Riddick: Assault on Dark Athena.

We had a blast talking but we experienced network issues, disconnects and found out the recording got botched at the very end. There were multiple recording files but they were not complete and their length was not correct. So in other words, it’s hosed. Sorry.
